Mr. Tay Kim Huat is the Managing Director and Non-Independent Executive Director at Poh Huat Resources Holdings Bhd. He was appointed to the Company’s Board on December 9, 1999.He is the co-founder of Poh Huat Furniture Industries (M) Sdn Bhd, the main operating subsidiary of the Group. With more than 30 years of experience in the furniture manufacturing industry, he now leads the Group in areas of strategic planning, business development, new ventures and investment. He is also involved in key operational aspects of the business of the Group, particularly in areas of purchasing and market development. He has been the main driving force behind the continuous introduction of new products and was instrumental in the expansion of the operations of the Group, particularly in the overseas ventures and investments undertaken by the Group.

Mr. Toh Kim Chong serves as Executive Director at Poh Huat Resources Holdings Bhd since April 29, 2011. He joined Poh Huat Furniture Industries (M) Sdn Bhd, the main operating subsidiary of the Group as a Supervisor in 1990. Thereafter, he was promoted to Factory Manager of Poh Huat Furniture Industries (M) Sdn Bhd in 1994. He became Director of Poh Huat Furniture Industries Vietnam Joint Stock Company (Formerly known as Poh Huat Furniture Industries Vietnam Limited) in 2002 and was subsequently appointed as General Manager in 2007. He is also involed in key operational aspects of the business of Poh Huat Furniture Industries Vietnam Joint Stock Company, particulary in areas of purchasing and market development. He has been the main driving force behind the continuous introduction of new products and was instrumental in the expansion of the Company.
